GateHouse products allow you to specify individual user privilages for the internet, including user-specific port restrictions and bandwidth control, as well as account limits as either monetary values or a download allowance.

GateHouse takes the place of your networks firewall, allowing it to effectively monitor and control all traffic between your network and an external connection. The system then takes requests from your network through its web-based interface, and reports on or modifies the network conditions to your requirements. This provides a central point at which all relevant information is collected, and through which all traffic is controlled.
