WebTraf is made up of a dual company structure:
- WebTraf Research Pty. Ltd. (ACN 097 110 935), is a holding company for patents and other intellectual property. The companies key assets include the standard patent that we currently have achieved in multiple countries across the globe.
- WebTraf Pty. Ltd. (ACN 109 913 180), is the center of operations. Our development and trading entity that utilizes multiple arrangements such as: Trading names; joint ventures; OEM and licensing activities; direct trade, distribution and support systems that fit our concepts and underpins our relationship and product structures.

WebTraf activities are guided by a concept:
GateHouse™, our concept and products are the focal part of more than just a perimeter defence system for Internet connections that can manage, control, test and collate the flow of traffic through it. Beyond this we bring with us an enduring track record of providing user friendly, sophisticated products. More than just a supplier, we bring the skills and experience to produce modern technological solutions (our patented success backs us up across much of the globe). We are ideally positioned to develop products and to help promulgate their utilisation via wide-ranging licensee options.
Much can be achieved upon what is now a very tangible foundation. WebTraf leverages its GateHouse technology for the perimeter management of data via the throughput of traffic. It is designed to achieve optimum performance possibilities for high-speed Internet end-user related activities (Not to be confused with hosted webpage traffic.). The concept extends to encapsulate physical personnel identity and their privileges of movement, access and performance (holistically).
